ROOMS
• Double Apartments - Standard, Deluxe and VIP for 3 or 4 people – please contact us.
• Quadruple and VIP Quadruple apartments with 2 bedrooms – second bedroom features 3 beds. For 6 people please contact us.
• Penthouses with 2 bedrooms featuring queen size beds. The master suite includes a Jacuzzi. For 6 people -.Please contact us.
• Some apartments may feature smaller additional beds.
• Additional Guests – please check rates on the schedule above.
• Children under 3 years old do not pay daily rates if additional bed or cradle is not needed. Additional bed or cradle, a child under 3 years old will pay only 50% of the additional guest rate.
• For the safety of all guests pet and animals are not allowed within the Residence.

• Safe deposit box at the desk reception is a free service.
• Complimentary breakfast and free parking is included in the room rate.
• Linens are provided and daily maid service is included.
• Apartment terraces providing a privileged view of the surroundings.
• A view from the comfortable living-room, integrated kitchen, bathroom and Queen Size bed.
• Air conditioning, telephone, living room with TV, single sofa bed and ceiling fan.
• Kitchen fully equipped.
• Fast internet connection access in the apartments and lobby.
• The no-smoking floors feature 100% cotton linen in the VIP apartments.
• Meeting/Events room with maximum capacity of 70 people.
• Variety of Games.
• Swimming pool and large solarium located at the 11° and 12° floors.

LOCATION
• The Veleiros da Ilha Residence is located only 2 blocks from Tombo Beach – 260 ms.
• A variety of restaurants featuring typical and international cuisine are located at a walking distance from the Residence.
• Restaurants as well as some commercial business in the surroundings offer discount benefits to our guests. Please check with front desk for a list of theses business.

RESERVATION VALIDATION
• For validation of your reservation please contact (11) 2950-3888 to check availability and send a fax attaching the guest identification form (below) along with a copy of a deposit slip equivalent to 30% of the total reservation value. The minimum deposit must correspond to a daily rate. During holidays and special packages, the advance deposit should be 50% of the total reservation value.

• The Guest Form (click here) must be filled out and sent by fax to (11) 2594-3517 from monday to wednesday or (13) 335 44 335 saturdays, sundays and holidays.

Fields that must be filled:
1) Guest name – in charge of the reservation and that must be present at check-in.
2) Number and category of the reserved apartments.
3) Number of adults and children under 3 years old in each reserved apartment.
4) Check-in date from 2:00 pm and check-out date until 11:00 am.
5) Reservation total value corresponding to the attached deposit slip copy.
6) Name, telephone and e-mail address to confirm information and reservation.

After sending the fax, please confirm it by phone for the final validation. At this moment you can inform about your smoke preferences or any other special request.

• Reservation with deposit slip without attached forms cannot be identified, and will not be valid.
• Reservation WITHOUT deposit will be cancelled WITHOUT previous notice.
• During high season, the reservations must be in advance with a deposit equivalent to 2 daily rates for each reserved apartment.

VISITORS AND GUESTS
• For the privacy of all guests, outside visitors are not allowed.
• All the facilities are exclusively for the use of our guests.

DAMAGES
• Guests will be solely responsible for any and all damage or misuse of all Residence facilities. Damages will be immediately charged according to the market values.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION
• Change of reservation dates must be made within 10 days prior to the first previewed day of checking-in for credit. For each alteration there is a fee of R$30.00.

CANCELLATION
• The cancellation request for reimbursement must be written and sent to the Veleiros da Ilha Residence reservation office through e-mail or fax whithin10 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation by telephone are not accepted.
• There is a reimbursement fee of R$ 30.00 plus bank fees.

NO SHOW
• Once the reservation is confirmed, the apartment will be blocked for the requested dates according to the deposit amount. In case of no-show without a previous cancellation as described above, the guest will be charged for the total amount of the reservation.
• Walk-in guests with no previous reservation should pay in full and in advance the total amount of the staying period.

CANCELLATION AFTER CHECKING-IN
• Once the apartment is occupied there will be no refund, discount or any other kind of compensation as reimbursement, not even partial. The total cost of the reservation will be charged, since the room would not be available to any other guests.

TOURIST AGENTS
• All due commissions to registered agents in our data bank cannot be transferred to guests as a form of discount.
• In order to guarantee the reservation, the agent information should be sent 21 days prior to the check-in date and approved 7 days prior to check-in. The first lodging must be paid in full.
• Agencies and agents are 100% responsible for the total reservation value as well as any other guest expenses.
• In case of early departure, the agencies or agents must pay the reservation in full since the room was not available to other users during this period.
• The Veleiros da Ilha Residence is not responsible for information given by third parties.

SPECIAL PACKAGES
• All special reservation packages must be paid in full.
• Complimentary theme breakfast during special package reservation is included.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS
• Please consult us for special discounts for groups occupying more than 10 rooms at the same time.
• The daily rates for all non validated reservations can be altered without previous notice.
